Product Returns

At Tidysap, we are committed to offering you high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product to us.

Product Condition

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Excluded Products

Promotional or sale items, as well as personalized products, are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedure

• Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at the following email address: info@tidysap.com. Include your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
• Return Authorization: Once your request has been approved, we will send you a return authorization along with instructions for returning the product.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund

• Processing Time: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
• Refund Method: The refund will be made via the original payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at info@tidysap.com with the details of your request.
